To widen the range of aquatic exercises, the Aquaspinning chair COSY is concieved to give the person a secure and adjustable position while making pedalling exercises in a swimming pool. The different possibilities to adjust vertical heights end horizontal distances make this equipment adapted for a large range of people.
Apart from pedalling movements and simple leg bending exercises, the Aquaspinner COSY is equipped with a bar where elastic bands are attached. The elastic bands can be used separately or at the same time as the pedalling movement and stimulate the cerebral coordination between arms and legs movements.
